Nova is strictly non-custodial. Crypto payments are sent directly from your payer to the wallet address you configure. Nova never holds, controls, or has access to your funds.
Nova is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed or delayed payment detections, network congestion, or losses arising from blockchain-layer issues outside our control.
